Getting a machine through the door is only part of the job. Its final position needs to allow for operation, access and the surrounding workspace, while any installation tasks need a clearly defined scope.
Unit Logistics provides positioning and agreed installation support for photocopiers, multifunction printers and professional print equipment. This can be coordinated with a delivery, relocation or replacement programme.
Tell us the machine configuration and the work required at the destination. Physical assembly, accessories, packaging removal and technical setup have different requirements, so we confirm what is included before the appointment.

What does photocopier installation include?
The installation scope depends on the machine and your requirements. Positioning, assembly, attachment of accessories, packaging removal and agreed setup tasks should be specified in the quote. No technical task should be assumed to be included without confirmation.
Can you install on behalf of a dealer?
Yes. We can work to agreed dealer instructions and coordinate customer appointments as part of a partner logistics arrangement. Provide the job specification and any customer-facing requirements.
Do you configure print drivers and networks?
Network and driver configuration must be discussed before booking. Availability and scope depend on the equipment, site requirements and the responsibilities of your IT or managed print provider.
Can you remove the old machine at the same visit?
A replacement machine collection can be included in the plan. Tell us the old machine details, its destination and any decommissioning requirements when requesting your quote.
